Return, exchange and import policy

We at Sleek Cloak always strive to provide the highest levels of service, and to benefit from our return, exchange and refund policy, the following conditions must be met:

1- The Sleek Cloak store accepts return and exchange requests within 3 days of purchase and exchange within 7 days in the event that you receive a product that has a defect, manufacturing defect, or breakage, or that the product that you purchased does not match our products, or there is a defect in the product as a result of shipping or packaging operations. Or when you receive a product that does not match your order.

2- The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and no labels removed.

3- The product must be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

4- When requesting to return a product, it is subject to an examination process by the site administration to ensure its condition, and the refund is approved after ensuring that the product’s condition is consistent with the return policy.

5- In order to complete the return process, the purchase voucher from our store must be present with the bill of lading, taking into account that the shipping process for the replaced and new goods is at your personal expense.

6- The customer has the right to get the full amount back if the product he received is completely different from the product description on the product page or products in the event that you receive a product that has a defect, manufacturing defect, or breakage.

7- If approved, your request will be processed, and you can receive your refund to your original payment method.

8- If the return is approved, your money will be returned according to the method by which it was paid within the period specified by the bank. You can also recover the value of the returned goods at our discretion through bank transfer after providing us with your account number to transfer the value of the product to your account.

9- If the amount due is not refunded, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before recovery.
