Shipping and delivery policy

The shipping policy in our store is simple, because we ship all customer orders within the Sultanate of Oman and all countries of the world.

  1. Your order will be shipped within 2 to 7 days within the Sultanate of Oman, in our partnership with Wasl, with the exception of Saturdays, given that the Sleek Cloak operations team is closed on Saturdays. Orders will be shipped to all countries within 5 to 12 days maximum starting from the date of shipment, According to the shipping company’s delivery policy, it arrived.
  2. You understand that the delivery periods specified to you at the time of order confirmation are an approximate estimate and may vary. We will not be responsible for any delay in delivery of your order due to delay on the part of the seller/merchant to process the order or any other unavoidable circumstances.
  3. You must undertake to provide sufficient directions, information and authorizations to accept delivery. In the event of any failure to accept delivery, or failure to deliver within the estimated time due to your failure to give appropriate instructions or authorizations, such goods will be deemed to have been delivered to you and all risks and liabilities in connection therewith shall pass to the goods and you shall not be entitled to any refund for them our decision in this regard is final and binding. You understand that our responsibility ends once your order is delivered to you.
  4. If the customer is late in receiving the shipment and the shipping company returns the shipment to the store, the shipping fees for returning the order will be deducted, and the customer will bear the costs of sending it again if he requests that as well.

5- Sleek Cloak does not bear any responsibility for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or on behalf of third parties.

6- Sleek Cloak is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services, damages or delays resulting from products that are out of stock, unavailable or back ordered.

Note: Some countries charge customs fees for entering goods, please be aware that this does not belong to our website fees at all, and you must pay these fees if your country charges these customs.
