3- Sleek Cloak makes no representation or warranty regarding the characteristics of the items (such as legal ownership, creditworthiness, identity, etc.) to any of its licensees or purchasers (collectively referred to as Users). Licensee is advised to independently verify the merits of any particular User with whom it chooses to transact on the Platform and to use its best judgment in the matter.

4- Sleek Cloak is not responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract concluded between buyers and merchants on the platform.

5- Sleek Cloak is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services, damages or delays resulting from products that are out of stock, unavailable or back ordered.

6- Sleek Cloak is not responsible for unsatisfactory or late performance, losses, damages or delays resulting from unavailable items.

7- Sleek Cloak does not provide any guarantee or attributes (such as quality, value, etc.) For the products or services proposed to be sold or offered for sale or purchase on the platform.

8- If we receive a cancellation notice and the order is not processed/approved by us, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have been processed and shipped by us. Sleek Cloak has full right to decide whether the order has been processed or not. The Customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Sleek Cloak and to accept Sleek Cloak’s decision regarding cancellation.

9- At no time does Sleek Cloak have any right, title or interest over the Products and Sleek Cloak does not assume any obligations or liabilities in connection with this contract between Buyers and Sellers.

10- Sleek Cloak does not assume any liability for any errors or omissions, whether on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties.

11- Prices paid "customs or taxes" in the destination country are not included.

12- You understand that the delivery periods quoted to you at the time of order confirmation are an approximate estimate and may vary. We will not be responsible for any delay in delivery of your order due to delay on the part of the seller/merchant to process the order or any other unavoidable circumstances.

13- You must undertake to provide sufficient directions, information and authorizations to accept delivery. In the event of any failure to accept delivery, or failure to deliver within the estimated time due to your failure to give appropriate instructions or authorizations, such goods will be deemed to have been delivered to you and all risks and liabilities in connection therewith shall pass to the goods and you shall not be entitled to any refund for them. . Our decision in this regard is final and binding. You understand that our responsibility ends once your order is delivered to you.

14- You may be asked to provide your credit or debit card details to approved payment gateways while making payment. In this regard, you agree to provide correct and accurate credit/debit card details to the approved payment gateways to avail the Services. You may not use the information you provide or share it with any third party unless required in connection with fraud verification or by law, regulation or court order. You will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your credit/debit card details. You agree that the Services will be provided by us only during the business hours of the relevant merchants.
