5- If we receive a cancellation notice and the order is not processed/approved by us, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have been processed and shipped by us. Sleek Cloak has full right to decide whether the order has been processed or not. The Customer agrees not to dispute the decision taken by Sleek Cloak and to accept Sleek Cloak’s decision regarding cancellation.

6- Your order will be delivered only to the address you specified at the time of placing the order on the platform. We reserve the right to cancel the order, at our sole discretion, in the event of any change in the place of delivery and you are not entitled to any refund thereof. Delivery in the event of a change in delivery location will be at our sole discretion and we reserve the right to charge additional delivery charges if necessary.
