Or when you receive a product that does not match your order.<\/p><p>2- The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and no labels removed.<\/p><p>3- The product must be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.<\/p><p>4- When requesting to return a product, it is subject to an examination process by the site administration to ensure its condition, and the refund is approved after ensuring that the product\u2019s condition is consistent with the return policy.<\/p><p>5- In order to complete the return process, the purchase voucher from our store must be present with the bill of lading, taking into account that the shipping process for the replaced and new goods is at your personal expense.<\/p><p>6- The customer has the right to get the full amount back if the product he received is completely different from the product description on the product page or products in the event that you receive a product that has a defect, manufacturing defect, or breakage.<\/p><p>7- If approved, your request will be processed, and you can receive your refund to your original payment method.<\/p><p>8- If the return is approved, your money will be returned according to the method by which it was paid within the period specified by the bank.
